Bug: Duplicated Items in Quick Access Widget of Home Page

Description

When I close Files window and let it run on the background, sometimes I open Files and I will see this. It really annoys me a lot.

Reopening home page or reopening Files without quitting make no difference. You must need to quit Files and open it to fix.

I have experiences this issue from 3.7 version and it seems that it is not fixed.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Files and let it run on the background
2. Close Files
3. Wait
4. Open Files
5. ....
