Add API for logs configuration (destination/log level).
Handle stacktraces scenarios.

No customer data so no need for encryption.

Loglines need to have UTC timestamp

Is this the catch-all issue for the logging system?

This is a little out of date. We will not configure the logs destination via the API. The logs path will be hardcoded since we will run inside a chroot.
