Write Mission statement for Florence-Mastodon

The Mission statement for Florence/Mastodon is will have a slightly smaller scope than the Vision statement than Florence as an organization.

The missions statement for FloMoDev will be focused on the actual Mastodon development and goals we want to work towards, and possible features we want to add to the software, or at least by implication of goals.

Mission statements are more direct in actual active work rather than the vision and idea of the larger Project.
