Inline Prompt Error Msgs as Tool-tips Instead

Hi,
I would like to make a form validate messages pop-up as a tool-tip instead when user hover the error red input fields (Only pop up when user hover the input field). I have too many fields, default error messages would mess with the form a lot. I like the individual error message, not the whole thing so... Is there any possible way to do that?
