On Linux I am using Freenet 0.7.5 Build #1501 build01501 from github.com/hyphanet/fred. Am I outdated, which other version to use?

There is an update.sh script which among other outputs:
Downloaded freenet-stable-latest.jar
wrapper.conf contains up to date bouncycastle jar v1.59
Restarting node because freenet-stable-latest.jar updated.

it seems to downloaded from a different repository than this one: https://github.com/hyphanet/fred/releases/download/build01501/freenet-build01501.jar
I see that at https://github.com/freenet/freenet-core/releases has been some commits to freenet-core. Are these included in mine used software, or I should use different more up to date version? Which one please?
