Are the link local IPs always static in this context? Additionally i think it makes sense to always add a comment regarding the name of the neighbour. Otherwise it would be hard to understand the routing just by looking at the config |

I added a setting for the name, which we might even use in the future to add comments to the config or when generating automated documentation. The link local IPs are currently MAC-address based and together with #1322 they are therefore unique and stable. |
This PR introduces babel metrics per neighbor. The idea is to be able to add costs for individual neighbors based on their link local IP. This is useful for 802.11s mesh interfaces or APs with multiple stations. To see the neighbor IPs use: birdc show babel neighbors
