Auto-update didn't update all available?

Hi all. I have Image Polling set to run once a week on Sundays at 3am, and then Auto Update runs at 4am. This past Sunday, Image Polling said there were 11 project updates available, but when Auto Update ran, it only updated two of them. Any idea why that happened?

When I ran it manually (by clicking the Update Projects button), it updated everything.

For anyone else having this issue, I'm pretty sure it's because Auto Update wasn't set to exclude Arcane itself, so every time Auto Update ran, it would only update as many containers as it could get through until it attempted to update itself (arcane container), then after it restarted, no further container updates were attempted.

I'll update this comment after I test this and am sure this is the answer.
