The relay release appears to be stuck at:

Publish using Craft

I am going to kill it and retry.

Once I canceled the workflow I was able to see logs that I did not see before. Looks like we canceled while uploading assets to GitHub. Since we are now creating a draft release we should be all set to retry. 😁

I deleted the orphaned draft release.
