feat(react): Support render props in ErrorBoundary

Extend the ErroBoundary component to allow it to support render props
children. This means that patterns like the following are viable:

```jsx
<Sentry.ErrorBoundary>
  {() => (
    <Suspense fallback={<div>Loading...</div>}>
      <Other />
    </Suspense>
  )}
</Sentry.ErrorBoundary>
```
