installer/portable/mingit: really include the OpenSSL v1.0.2p DLLs

In d394990 (installer/portable/mingit: include the OpenSSL v1.0.2p
DLLs, 2018-11-22), this developer tried to make sure that those legacy
DLLs are included. But the path to the file listing said DLLs was
incorrect, therefore that patch had not the desired effect. Let's fix
this.
