Release Notes: clarify what the libcbor/libfido2 update is all about
Users will be totally disinterested to hear that these libraries have been updated. But their ears might perk up when they read about being able to protect their SSH keys using security keys via Windows Hello. Signed-off-by: Johannes Schindelin <[email protected]>
