This is a meta issue. As part of medical regulatory requirements we are required to review known issues in Non-Product Software (NPS) that that we use to build the software in our medical device. To lessen the burden, we triage the issues by filtering out issues that are labeled enhancement, duplicate, etc. This existing labeling system is already very helpful for us so thank you for all that work!

The request here is basically just a reminder to add the invalid when closing issues that were resolved as just a user mistake or mis-configured environment. And of course for those "issue reports" that are just garbage (I feel for you...).

Thanks for all your work making Git usable on Windows!

With this ticket, I did precisely as you wished.

I might still mark valid questions as question rather than invalid, though.
