Best approach to export/sync submissions to external API

Hi Team!

I'm working on integrating GlobaLeaks with another system and could use some guidance from the community.

I need to forward GlobaLeaks submissions to another system's API in real-time (or near real-time).
I was considering using the GlobaLeaks API directly, but I understand it requires implementing authentication, session keep-alive with proof-of-work, and ongoing maintenance.
Before I invest in building a full API client, I wanted to ask:

• Is there a webhook or event notification system that can trigger when new submissions arrive?
• Is there a simpler read-only API for just retrieving submission data?
• What approaches have others used for similar integrations?
  If the full API client is the only option, are there any existing libraries or examples in C# (or other languages I could reference)?

In relation to you specific questions:

• Is there a webhook or event notification system that can trigger when new submissions arrive?
  Not at the moment but definitely implementing an even-notification notification system is something "privacy preserving" that might be evaluated and considered. The most similar effort in this direction is the possible external publishing of the Audit Log.

• Is there a simpler read-only API for just retrieving submission data?
  No. Data is encrypted with an end2end model and the system cannot decrypt the data automatically for example. There is always need for a user to unlock keys and decrypt data.

• What approaches have others used for similar integrations?
  Unfortunately there is no public documentation since any team that has performed such integration kept their integration private. We should aim at keeping any new implementation public.

• If the full API client is the only option, are there any existing libraries or examples in C# (or other languages I could reference)?
  Not that i know
