Feature Description

Apologies if this has been suggested already, the last major feature that is missing from Gitea Actions, at least in my opinion, is the ability to view (ideally stream) builds logs from the terminal. Woodpecker also already has this feature.

I guess this is related to something like the gh run command provides to the Terminal.

e.g. view logs without browser, download logs via api?

streaming live logs to console doesn't seem to be available in gh cli.

@wxiaoguang I am more referring to the example @ChristopherHX posted, viewing logs without a browser; with the ideal addition being a live view of the logs without a browser.

In the list of actions, it's unclear if there's a way of downloading the log associated with an action. Is there?

This is what the original question is about. If we have API to download the action log, then that's sufficient here, I believe.

Both an API to download the action log and some method in (conjunction with the API) to view the action log in real time i.e. websocket based streaming etc...
