You are using some theme plugins, they don't parse the HTML layout correctly.

Yes, I didn’t realize I was using the Material Icons for GitHub plugin, This plugin destroyed the icon.

Then try this: Add old svg class name to git entry icon #33884

After disabling the Material Icons for GitHub plugin, these icons work fine.
