There is a typo in the source of the string install:reinstall_confirm_check_1

The last "the" should be removed.

By the way, this sentence is very strangely phrased :/ Why not something like " Please review the value of SECRET_KEY in your app.ini file, as data encrypted by it — such as 2FA/OTP login and mirrors connexions — may be unrecoverable if altered."
