Fixes a bug where the owner team for a newly-created organization was not given any units. With my changes, the owner team is now given all units.

Fixes #1797.

Hi

Sorry, with master branch , I get again 404

2017/05/26 10:41:11 [...routers/repo/view.go:270 Home()] [E] Home: Cannot find any unit on this repository which you are allowed to access

Account is set in owner team

And now I've also on dashboard page :

template: user/dashboard/feeds:4:39: executing "user/dashboard/feeds" at <.ActAvatar>: can't evaluate field ActAvatar in type *models.Action
