People seem to like untarring them with -p, so let's help them out by using a user that
exists.

This was fixed in http://code.google.com/p/go/source/detail?r=c7af49737
(despite the CL saying it doesn't work, which I forgot to remove before submitting...
whoops.)

Status changed to Fixed.
