tip.golang.org: issue links are a 404

If I go to https://tip.golang.org/doc/go1.24#cgo and click on the issue linked, it takes me to https://tip.golang.org/issue/67699, which is a 404.

Other links from "tip" pages, such as doc links (https://tip.golang.org/pkg/bytes#SplitSeq) seem to redirect and work OK.
