Hi,

In the past months, I have tracked some issues in gopls and fix them. As I'm not a team member of go tools, sometimes I need maintainer to help assign me an issue first, such as #72930.

Per https://go.dev/wiki/GitHubAccess I'd like to request access for the following GitHub groups:
