'SCIPcreateConsBasicQuadratic': identifier not found when running make cc or make dotnet

I have been building and running GLOP from source code master branch. Recently, I have started getting the following error when I try running the "make dotnet" or "make cc" command (screenshot below). "make third_party" succeeds however

Any idea why such an error would occur? Thanks
