Model infeasible on adding vehicle breaks

Using ORTools v7.6+ for Python on Windows 10

I am using Routing solver to solve the VRP.

I was trying to solve a constrained VRP for data of about 2500 nodes, which I was able to solve with pickup and delivery constraint(pickup and delivery not necessarily linked) and location time windows which took about 30 minutes.
But as soon as I add vehicle breaks (the vehicle can only travel for 12 hours in a day). The solution is rendered infeasible.
I had tried increasing the travel time for each vehicle but still couldn't make it run.
