am trying to configure Google OR-Tools to optimize delivery routes while considering constraints such as vehicle capacity, time windows, and traffic conditions. Could someone provide guidance or best practices on how to set up OR-Tools for this type of route optimization? Any examples or recommendations on handling constraints efficiently would be very helpful.

Start with the docs which are covering vehicle capacity and time-windows spanning a multitude of modelling languages. There also many more examples to be found in the repository.
Handling traffic conditions will probably depend on what exactly you want to model. Maybe this information is just embedded into the transition-matrix (node a -> node b for this solve-operation much more costly/slower than yesterday due to anticipated traffic jams).
