[BACKEND]: JDK Http Server API (Jetty) + JDBC (Postgres)

Need to document + deploy this, but I have a working implementation built on top of

• The Built-in JDK Http server API
• Jetty, acting as an implementation for that API
• A handful of homerolled libraries for stuff like JSON and Routing
• The raw JDBC API for queries w/ HikariCP for connection pooling
