v2 - Had to restart alloy-metrics pods after prometheus operator was installed

We enabled the prometheus object configuration in the annotation discovery feature before the prometheus operator was installed.

After we installed the prometheus operator we expected metrics from the service monitors and pod monitors to start flowing, when they didnt we looked at the alloy ui.

we noticed the service and pod monitors were in an unhealthy start, with this error message

we did a rolling restart of the statefulset and that seems to have resolved the issue.
