tk create as an alternative option to tk apply

In most cases, kubectl apply is better to use than kubectl create. However, in the case of installing kube-prometheus / kube-prometheus-stack, there is a bug that essentially states that the annotation kubectl apply creates makes the annotations in kube-prometheus-stack too long. The only 2 workarounds that have been widely used by the community is to do kubectl create to avoid the excess length annotation bug, or to comb through the kube-prometheus-stack / kube-prometheus CRDs and tailor them yourself to be shorter. I would like the option to make a custom ArgoCD plugin using Tanka that can be used just for kube-prometheus-stack that uses tk create (kubectl create) instead of tk apply (kubectl apply).
