Enable subcommand use (hashbangctl add-key somekey, etc)

All current command sin the menu should be able to be accessed via sub-commands. Then the program can operate in "wizard" mode or "I know exactly what I am doing and I want to script this" mode.

I'll look into it tomorrow during my seminar. Seems pretty simple, so I'm assigning myself to it to do during my seminar periods, which is about 45 minutes a day. Shouldn't take any longer than one.

It should have been fully completed but it is not compatible with the latest version. It should need to be rewritten soon.

Maybe there should be a more generic approach how commands are defined, so they can be used easily in both ways.

The way actual actions are implemented is going to break with the hashbangctl/hashbangctld split (on which I'm late...), but this shouldn't be blocking for reworking the UI part.
