chore: update filsnap-adapter to 3.3.1 and clean up test output files

- Incremented `filsnap-adapter` version from 3.3.0 to 3.3.1 in `package.json` for improved functionality.
- Removed obsolete test output files from `iso-filecoin-wallets/test/output`, including various ELF and hex files, to streamline the repository and reduce clutter.

This commit ensures the package is up-to-date and maintains a clean testing environment, enhancing overall project maintainability.
