Add foreground-background color arrangement to Kubuntu logo

The logo for Kubuntu is a gear with a circle as a background. The gear is currently not very visible against the background as both use the same colors with only a very slight variation.

Add foreground-background color arrangement to Kubuntu logo, similar to Ubuntu and Fedora

Kubuntu should be already in the foreground-background arrangement list, can you try running hyfetch -c again?
