Docker installation guide

Hi, I am considering testing AIonUI but although I found a docker file, I could not find a docker installation guide.
I think that this is something worth considering.

I tried turning the current Dockerfile into a quick install path, but I wouldn't document it as-is yet.

On Docker 29.2.1 linux/aarch64 with a 4GB Docker VM, docker build -t aionui . gets through bun install --ignore-scripts, then dies at bun run build:renderer:web with V8 heap OOM. I also tried a temp Dockerfile with NODE_OPTIONS=--max-old-space-size=8192, and that got killed by the Docker VM at the same Vite build step.

The runtime shape after a successful build does look like -p 3000:3000 -v "$PWD/data:/data" since the image sets PORT=3000, ALLOW_REMOTE=true, and DATA_DIR=/data, but I couldn't verify the final run because the image doesn't finish building here. So the Docker guide probably needs a build memory note or a Dockerfile tweak before it's copy-pasteable.
