[Feature Request] Expanding support for more LLM providers (Local & Cloud)

Description

I'd like to propose expanding AionUi's ecosystem by integrating support for a broader range of model providers. The goal is to make AionUi more versatile, allowing users to seamlessly switch between various local backends and cloud-based services.

Examples of potential integrations

These are just a few examples to start the conversation, but the idea is to open the door for many others:

Local Providers (Privacy & Performance):

• Ollama / LM Studio: For easy local hosting on consumer hardware.
• vLLM / LocalAI: For high-performance local inference.

Cloud Providers (Accessibility & Scale):

• Hugging Face: To tap into the massive repository of open-source models.
• Groq / Together AI / DeepSeek: For ultra-fast or specialized API access.

Why we should do this

• Future-proofing: New providers emerge constantly; having a flexible provider architecture allows AionUi to adapt quickly.
• User Choice: Some users prioritize data privacy (local), while others need speed or specific model capabilities (cloud).
• Community Growth: Opening up support for more providers encourages developers to contribute their own integrations.
