How to transform co-ordinates from an iModel

We have a user that wants to translate coordinates from the camera view for a BCF export

I have exported a BCF file, but the common viewer will not open the file to view the information

I have advised the user he can use iModel js to get the ECEF, but he would prefer to do this with python. but will use typescript if that is the only option.

Can anyone advise of a method, and perhaps a sample ?
