feat: update dependencies #42
Description
Current pypi package depends on scipy <1.12.0 which in turn depends on numpy 1.x. This is ancient and increasingly conflicts with other package dependencies making intel-extension-for-openxla problematic to use. Please update the package to be able to use more recent scipy and thus also numpy 2.x.
