Note: We'll need to re-assign unresolved items associated with this epic at the end of the quarter to a NEW "fix the hotfixes" epic for Q4, since that'll enable us to track quarter-by-quarter pace of fixing.

All still-open items in this epic have been re-labeled to "OKR 3: Content Enhancements" and will be tracked in Q4 via #291 and #292. Closing this epic for EOQ. Many thanks!
