I am not sure if this repo is still accepting or even running ongoing tests, but my project has created the 1st FOSS hosting platform that im aware of (pinning service), https://github.com/LumeWeb/portal, and an IPFS plugin for it https://github.com/LumeWeb/portal-plugin-ipfs.
A current sandbox system is operating at https://pinner.xyz, with the pinner api endpoint at https://ipfs.pinner.xyz/api.
I am requesting what the best path is to get this approved for compliance, as the next goal is to get it supported into IPFS desktop once the service launches for real. It would also be nice to get the software itself approved in general since this is the first FOSS pinner implementation that can be commercial use.
Do note, the underlying technology in this system is the DePIN storage network Sia, who has grant funded the efforts.
Anyone can sign up for free ATM at https://account.pinner.xyz, get an API key, and use it as a JWT bearer. The sandbox is running on a testnet so there are no concerns with any experimenting right now.
Lastly, the compliance suite has been run and was part of the milestones in a recent grant effort for IPFS, so all technical efforts are already done.
Kudos.
