[Question] Capture layer is not present in windows registry (openxr and quest3)

Question

I notices there are some place in the documentation mentioned openxr, clourxr. But there is not much description on how to use openxr, with meta Quest3. Just to clarify:

• Can we use OpenXR only (not CloudXR) to render in VR and hand tracking? Is there a tutorial on that?
• Or do we must use CloudXr with Vision Pro for the work described above?

I figured out how to use OpenXR and run VR in isaacsim with Quest3, when connecting usb-c between Quest3 and my windows 11 pc.
But when I run:

./isaaclab.bat -p scripts/tools/record_demos.py --task Isaac-Stack-Cube-Franka-IK-Rel-v0 --teleop_device handtracking_abs --dataset_file ./datasets/dataset.hdf5 --num_demos 10

it seems not be able to take the hand track poses, and in the AR panel -> XCR: Capture and Replay, it shows error:
Capture layer is not present in windows registry, refer to README.md to install it.

But i can't find the instruction in readme.md. Can you please let me know how to fix it? thanks!

Thanks for the following up. Just to clarify, I saw a post here : https://developer.nvidia.com/blog/build-scalable-immersive-experiences-with-networking-apis-swift-support-and-more-using-nvidia-cloudxr-3-2/ which mentions that ClourXR support for Quest 2.
Can you confirm if it support Quest 2? and what are the supported devices, for OpenXr and ClourXr?
