It's in my PATH only once, but I do uninstall the previous version before installing a new one. As for the trailing backlash, same is done by Python's and MS' own Powershell installers, and other installers. No biggie. |

Hi Kysko,
You're right. No biggie. Nevertheless, it's best practice to omit
the backslash at the end of a path, apart from the root, of course.

Hello All,
I recently upgraded to Pandoc 3.6.4 on Windows using the
.msi
installer.Pandoc appended the path to
pandoc.exe
to the PATH variable, even though it was there already from an earlier installation. To add insult to injury, there was a trailing backslash at the end. Tsk, tsk!Thanks!
