Overview of the feature request

Switch to ESM by default.

• Add to angular applications
• Add to react applications
• Add to vue applications
• rename mjs files to js
• cleanup mjs files

Motivation for or Use Case

Remove complex support for renaming js files to mjs/js.
Normalize .blueprint folder to js files instead of mjs.
