argument in the Workflow plugin

I have a question about the argument in the Workflow plugin.

I want to know the best way to use the argument in my workflow.
In my workflow, I call many SSH events.
Actually, for any call event, we have the following for Job Argument:
login@IP,privateKey=/folder/private.key&passphrase=blablabalpassphrasebalbalablab

My first question is, can I use the Arguments section in the workflow for my @ip?

And my second question is, can I use a secrets variable we have in the "secrets editor" for putting my passphrase in self?
