spring-core-test — AOT/코어 테스트 지원 도구

한 줄 정의

spring-core-test는 메인 산출물이 아니라 테스트를 돕는 모듈이다. AOT(Ahead-Of-Time)로 생성된 자바 소스를 메모리 안에서 즉석 컴파일·로딩하고, 리플렉션/리소스 호출을 바이트코드 수준에서 가로채 RuntimeHints 설정이 실제 동작을 빠짐없이 덮는지 검증하는 도구 모음이다.

이 모듈이 푸는 문제

Spring 6부터 도입된 AOT 처리는 빌드 시점에 빈 정의·프록시·리플렉션 메타데이터를 자바 소스 코드로 생성한다. 이 생성된 코드가 정말 컴파일되고 의도대로 동작하는지 단위 테스트에서 확인하려면 두 가지가 필요하다.

1. 생성된 소스를 실제로 컴파일해 클래스로 띄우는 수단 — 디스크에 파일을 쓰지 않고, 테스트 클래스패스를 오염시키지 않으면서. → org.springframework.core.test.tools (TestCompiler).
2. GraalVM 네이티브 이미지에서 필요한 RuntimeHints가 누락되지 않았는지 확인하는 수단 — 코드가 실행 중 실제로 어떤 리플렉션/리소스/프록시를 쓰는지 기록하고, 설정된 힌트와 대조. → org.springframework.aot.agent (Java Agent, 7.0에서 deprecated).

이 모듈은 위 두 축을 중심으로, AOT 생성 결과를 컴파일러에 넘기는 어댑터(TestGenerationContext, CompilerFiles)와 SpringFactoriesLoader 목 구현(MockSpringFactoriesLoader)을 함께 제공한다.

• 의존하는 모듈: spring-core 하나뿐(api). 내부적으로 spring-core의 org.springframework.asm(ASM 재패키징), aot.hint, aot.generate 패키지를 직접 사용한다.
• 의존받는 모듈: 프레임워크 전반의 테스트 코드. 특히 spring-context/spring-beans의 AOT 테스트, spring-core의 RuntimeHints 검증 테스트.
