Consolidation function types in Superposition

We need to consolidate the function types in Superposition. The proposal is to go with the following:

Function Type	Args	Return Type	Runs on
value-validation-functions	(key, value, type, context_map)	bool	all config-key writes
value-compute-functions	(key, value-prefix, type, context_map)	Array [ ]	autocomplete, control-population in experiments, context writes
context-validation-functions	(context_map)	bool	context writes

Special considerations:

Only 1 function of type context-validation-function is allowed in a workspace.

@knutties A small query here, how are we planning to use control-population in experiments using the 2nd function type i.e. the value-compute-functions
And why is context writes a part of the 2nd function type?
