laravel horizon stuck.

I dispatched jobs to laravel queue, the pending jobs become empty after a while. However, the Horizon dashboard is still showing the following results:

I restarted Horizon via Supervisor, and the workload reset to 0 afterward.
Am I missing something in the configuration? What should I adjust to prevent this behavior?

Could you send me your configurations (environment variables related to Horizon and queues in general, your Horizon and queue configuration files, etc.)?
How do you start Horizon?
If you place them in Redis, do you restart them often?
Do you often use artisan cache:clear?
