Overview

As part of the iterative refactor of quizzes, we have more "settings" options. To reduce confusion, the sections setting UI should be slightly updated with text and layout to make clear the distinction between the settings that allow the user to customize the quiz section, vs. the settings of the "selection mode" that they are currently in.

• Update overall spacing and alignment, and size/placement of UI elements to match with Figma
• Update header text
