I'll release v1.1.0-beta.0 after merging:

Enable gRPC port forwarder by default again #3431

Probably we should consider moving some items in https://github.com/lima-vm/lima/milestone/26 to v1.2

We should try our best to release v1.1 right after containerd v2.1 (ETA: May 7) and nerdctl v2.1 (ETA: May 7 + maybe a few days)
