Commercial License for Chunkr

Copyright (C) 2023 Lumina AI Inc.

This Commercial License is available as an alternative to the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL) for Chunkr. If you do not wish to comply with the terms of the AGPL, you may purchase this Commercial License.

Terms of Use:

  1. This Commercial License allows you to use, modify, and distribute Chunkr without the open source requirements of the AGPL.

  2. You are not required to disclose your source code or make your modifications publicly available.

  3. This license is valid for the current major version of Chunkr and all minor updates to that version.

  4. Lumina AI Inc. retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to Chunkr.
