New build of Lutris Wine based on Wine 6.10, revision 3.
It now comes in 2 variants, the regular version, which is the default one, and the fshack version.

Changes:

  • fshack variant is back.
  • Re-enabled Fsync
  • Added a fix for server issues in Roblox (untested). See: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39142
  • Added a fix for animations in Horizon: Zero Dawn (untested).
  • Added a fix for non-working mouse input in Civilization 6. The game is now fully playable, but it won't launch directly from EGS, you need to run either the game old launcher (located in LaunchPad) or game's 's DX11 EXE (CivilizationVI.exe) directly. DX12 mode crashes.
  • Added a fix for the Battlefield 4 multiplayer mode (untested).
  • Added a fix for network regressions in some games (like Mortal Kombat 11) (untested).
  • Fixed the directory structure of Wine's internal libraries (this issue exclusive to lutris 6.10 builds)

Changes:

  • Fixed an issue that caused "event" based gamepad interface to not be set up.
  • Improved connectivity for Deus Ex Human Revolution (untested).
  • Improved connectivity in some Qt 5.14+ based apps (untested).
  • Added a fix for crashes when drag&dropping in some apps.
  • Other various WineX11 improvements.

  • Fixed issues with Mfplat video playback
  • Added a fix for crashes in the original Far Cry.
  • Added a fix for X11 errors that might occur in some situations.

New build of Lutris Wine based on Wine 6.10.

Changes:

  • Added QPC and LFH patchsets from Proton to improve performance.
  • Disabled nvapi support due to them causing various issues in many games, especially UE4 ones.
  • Nvidia GPUs are now faked as AMD ones for Vulkan applications.
  • Disabled proper driver reporting to avoid Hardware acceleration issues in CEF applications (such as game launchers).
  • Added a fix for Fallout: New Vegas audio looping bug and other games that use mp3 soundtracks.
  • Added a workaround for Killer Instinct
  • Added a workaround for DARK SOULS III, Nier: Automata and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice crashes
  • Brought back Bcrypt ECDH support (needed for games like Steep).
  • Reverted new math functions ported from musl introduced in Wine 6.10
  • Reverted winegstreamer changes that broke media playback functionality in some UE4 games.

  • Mono Updated to 6.1.1
  • Added upstream fix for Guild Wars 2 launcher.
  • Added a fix for GTA 5 locking up on first key press
  • Added a dotnetfx35.exe dummy program.

Lutris Wine 6.0

Stable build of Lutris wine based off Wine 6.0.

This builds fixes some issues:

  • Occasional graphics freeze for a couple seconds
  • .NET not installing properly with Winetricks
  • missing sounds in Cyberpunk 2077

This Wine build provides support for Media Foundation through GStreamer and should offer a working out of the box experience for many games.
