Area force arm

Is there a force arm command in the API (I don't have access to the documentation)? I.e. if I have a point faulted (due to battery) and I still need to arm the area?

You have to bypass the point or force arm the area. Assuming it's set to accept force arm bypass

Force Master Delay Arm : 0x06
Force Perimeter Delay Arm : 0x08

Solution + AMAX:
Force Away Arm : 0x0F
Force Stay 1 Arm : 0x0D

You could change the following class in const.py to give it a try:

class AREA_ARMING_STATUS:
    DISARM = 0x01
    MASTER_INSTANT = 0x07 
    MASTER_DELAY = 0x06
    PERIMETER_INSTANT = 0x09
    PERIMETER_DELAY = 0x08 
    STAY1 = 0x0D
    STAY2 = 0x0E
    AWAY = 0x0F

@EHylands Thanks for the help. I think I'm going to go ahead and get a copy of the API doc so I can play with this myself.

I'm probably going to add force arm and point bypass for myself. Should point bypass just get added to CMD or are there other point actions that would justify a separate POINT_ACTION?

On my setup, forcing arm area on would automatically bypass the faulted point without any additionnal command.

Is that a setting on your panel? I haven't seen the same behavior on mine. Sorry I'm still new to all this.

in RPS Point Profile, my point bypassable argument is set to Yes
