Catalog Product Meta Data missing after migration

Performed a migration and all seems to have gone relatively well. What I have noticed though is that the various product Meta_ fields (Meta Title, Meta Description, etc) seem to be blank, and as a result when the pages are rendered in the frontend there appears to be no title tag.

The migration itself is pretty standard, a few extra mapped fields here and there, but nothing I believe that should be effecting the catalog.

Editing the product in admin (or adding new products) seems to automatically fill the meta fields, and then they work, but my question is why don't these fields get filled by Data Migration?

Alternatively, is there a way to trigger this filling of meta fields in bulk rather than saving each product one by one?

Looks like this was caused by a problem in the template. Closing!
