Data Migration Tool does not support migrating non-default entity-types and/or attribute set groups.

Preconditions

1. Magento 2.3.5
2. Magento 2 already filled with certain other attributes
3. Magento 1.9.3.10 database

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a Magento 2 with additional attributes and attribute set groups for non-product types.
2. I had attribute set group "Subnavigation Styling" for entity type Category

Expected result

1. Migratio Tool should migrate all attribute set groups.

Actual result

1. Notice: Undefined offset: 18 in https://github.com/magento/data-migration-tool/blob/2.4-develop/src/Migration/Step/Eav/Data.php#L502
