[2.3] CSV Product Import - Import a external URL image

Magento 2.3.x

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. import csv file with external url in images like https://s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/cdn.uvdesk.com/website/1/buddha.jpg

Expected result (*)

1. Image should be imported just like magento 2.2.4
2. no error/waning should be shown2.

Actual result (*)

1.Following Error(s) has been occurred during importing process:

Only first 100 errors are displayed here.

1. Imported resource (image) could not be downloaded from external resource due to timeout or access permissions in rows: 1
